Summary: The sales representative is responsible to grow and develop the sales and margins of TME's countertop products with fabricators and K&Bs located within an assigned geographic territory in Georgia.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within a specific territory.
• Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel can present products and negotiate well with consumers.
• Understand our products, analyze market competition, and how position products to overcome these factors.
• Effectively manage displays, samples, and sales tools to ensure customer accessibility and maximize sales opportunities.
• Quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales contracts for customer orders and estimate the date of delivery to the customer
• Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers.
• Analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with existing and prospective customers to expand market reach and promote our products.
• Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits.
• Travel 40% - 80% locally.
• Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally, the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

• A high school Diploma is required, and further education is beneficial.
• Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience; natural stone, slab or hard flooring industries.
• Minimum 2 years of outside B2B sales experience
• Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time Industry experience highly preferred; Countertop, Distribution and Building Materials Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to work well alone or within a team
• Being bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Additional Perks on the job:

• 1%-2% of sales commission on monthly sales ( Based on sales slab)
• Travel reimbursement

This role has the following physical demands:

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

This position will be provided with a company vehicle, based on fleet availability, or mileage reimbursement in lieu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
